Charlene has over twenty years experience working with numerous fortune 500 companies designing, implementing, and tuning large-scale operational and business systems on a variety of database platforms to include Oracle and SQL Server

Utilizing her effecive communication skills, Charlene has trained and mentored IT professionals in the use of advanced Oracle technology and has authored a number of courses in the Oracle curriculum which cover SQL, PL/SQL, data modeling, UML, database administration, performance tuning, data warehousing, and business intelligence OLAP reporting.
